All participants must pay the applicable registration fees.
Every paper in order to be included in the proceddings and present in conference , needs to be registered
- Registration fees include: access to all sessions in ICIST 2014 (including: Plenary Sessions, Conference Track Presentations, Exhibition Booth, Conference Dinner: Awards & Information Exchange), Conference Kits (including: ICIST 2014 Proceedings in USB flash drive, conference certificates), and Coffee Breaks and lunches during conference.
- The USB flash drive containing all published papers in ICIST 2014 is included in the conference rates.
- The printed book of ICIST 2014 proceedings is EXTRA.
The following may be reserved at extra charges:
- Book of Proceedings - 50 Euros per volume. Must be reserved before February 20, 2013
- Conference Tour - 60 Euros per person
- Author presenting more than one paper - 100 Euros per additional paper
Cancellation Registration :
There is no Cancellation refund registration. But if the registered authors unable to present paper (s) personally , Authors Can present the paper by a Virtually. And all the conference materials will be delivered to the authors postal address once the conference will over .

Hotel accommodation:
Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
